Blank Canvases

You know the problem with having an artistic avocation? It's subject to caprice. You have little to no control over when inspiration strikes you, and until it does, you are bound by stagnation.

So, if you find yourself with a surplus of time, with some people on your contact list who can't talk to you, and others you can't, you are resigned to a restless night. Quiet, but unsettled.

Nothing more haunting than a blank screen, editor or chat window. And here we thought, I'll never run out of words.
